EXPORT WORKFLOW

We have streamlined our export process to ensure freshness and consistency. Whether sourcing Robusta from Magelang or spices from the outer islands, we handle every step with transparency and professional care.
1. Inquiry & Sampling
Specify your requirements for Robusta Coffee or Spices (Nutmeg, Clove, etc). We will provide a competitive quote and send product samples for your team to evaluate quality before committing.
2. Processing & Quality Control
Once confirmed, we prepare the harvest. Coffee beans undergo sorting in Java, while spices are curated for potency. We enforce strict quality checks to ensure every sack meets the agreed standard.
3. Shipping & Documentation
We pack securely (Jute Bags for coffee, Export Standard for spices) and handle FCL/LCL logistics. Full documentation (Phytosanitary, COO, BL) is included to ensure smooth customs clearance.
